The School Portal Management System is a complete and efficient solution which enables a university or any academic institution seamlessly manage academic tasks. The system helps the management as well as academic staff to easily create and manage their courses with the ability to also create exams and scheduled the dates and time accordingly. The students also are able to register for these courses per semester/session and sit for those exams.

The platform also integrate a standard online exam proctoring system where Lecturers/Examiners can proctor students while writing exams regardless of their locations through an effective online video/camera and voice streaming from the students exam page directly to the proctor dashboard. This project was developed for a Post-graduate Study Centre at the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Delta. Nigeria. This project was developed for a client (Emergency Crisis Disaster Risk Management Limited). It is a robust system which provides a holistic approach to verification of academic records issued by universities or any academic institution. It allows academic institutions to upload e-copies of certificates issued to their graduates. These certificates are securely stored on the blockchain with a unique hash certificate generated for the certificates and stored directly on IPFS. By these means, they remain permanent, immutable and tamper proof.

Employers and hiring organizations can easily authenticate the genuineness of these cerificates. In this way, possible fraudulent academic or certificate claims by job applicants are prevented. The system is currently operational at https:www.educertcheck.com
